Toll charges, parking charges, entry fees, permits and other applicable charges may be payable separately by the customer.
Customers may cancel their booking through WhatsApp or by contacting Ammar Travels.
Customers are requested to cancel their booking at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Cancellation charges or refund eligibility, if applicable, may depend on the booking type and cancellation time.
Customers are requested to be ready at the agreed pickup location and time.
Delays caused by the customer may result in additional waiting charges where applicable.
Ammar Travels will make reasonable efforts to arrive on time. Traffic, weather, road conditions and unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
Customers are expected to maintain safe and respectful behaviour throughout the journey.
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings and luggage during the journey.
Customers are advised to check the vehicle carefully before leaving.
Oversized or excessive luggage is subject to available vehicle space.
Any changes to pickup time, pickup location, destination, vehicle type or passenger count should be communicated as early as possible.
Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
Ammar Travels will make reasonable efforts to provide services as scheduled. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Information provided during booking may be used for processing bookings, communicating with customers, providing driver details, customer support and maintaining booking records.
Customer information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Ammar Travels will take reasonable care in providing its services. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Ammar Travels shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Ammar Travels may refuse or discontinue a service where there is a reasonable concern regarding safety, unlawful activity, abusive behaviour, vehicle capacity or violation of these terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
